We really liked having a kitchen in our room and found the location to be central and close to the airport, with beautiful surroundings.

Clean
AC was hard to work with, room stayed warm. Refrigerator was loud and noisy. And Internet is complete pain, expensive, inconvenient, and over all a rip off.

I traveled with my elderly mother and she had a medical emergency requiring 911. The staff were helpful and very caring.
The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to go out and buy thick mattress pads just to be able to sleep. Cleanliness was also an issue, when we arrived the first thing to greet us was a used toothbrush in the bathroom. We had a big problem with ants (we bought ant traps to keep them at bay). The breakfast was coffee and pre packaged muffins that tasted like dirt. Our neighbor had multiple fights with her husband resulting in several nights of profanity laden screaming and yelling. This finally ended when he tried to burn the outside of the room and the police were called.

It was a good location for what my kids and I planned on doing and visiting in the area. Was quiet and it was nice to have the option of cooking in the room if we wanted.
For being non smoking the room smelt of smoke. Guest smoked outside the rooms which made it into the rooms via the ventilation system and there were cigarettes and ash trays all around. The parking wasn't idea. No assigned spaces so we had to park far away from our room. The cable was down the time we were there which wasn't the hotels fault but it was an inconvience having kids. The room didn't have any info about the surrounding area, not even a pen or pencil was in the room. It was just ok and wouldn't stay there again in the future when we visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it had a sofa bed which was perfect for my boys. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for us as we were visiting family in the neighboring apartments, and we could easily walk back and forth between the two places. The outside entrance to the rooms was also a nice feature.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast items available.

We didn't like anything here. We left after one day.
No dishes in kitchen, bfast was coffee and Econo Lodge bfast. Rooms are small. For the price you can stay elsewhere with a separate bedroom. We found a couple great places for about the same price.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway and close to family apartments. It made it very easy for us to meet up each day. Additionally, we liked that all the rooms had an outside entrance, which made it convenient for coming and going.
There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the cleanliness of the shower was questionable.

The towels, they were VERY rough. It hurt to dry yourself off after a shower.

They didn't have a room for us when we went to check in because some of the rooms were dirty and they were "over booked."
